Summary: Per
Corporate R-004 Labeling, Advertising, and Promotion Policy serve as the
primary coordinator of all documentation approvals. Responsibilities include
“performing an initial local review and approval of all product labeling,
sales, marketing, advertising, and promotional programs and materials,
including presentations intended to be made verbally (orally)” for conformity
to Section VI (1.5). Includes coordinating with Corporate on what has been
sent/received back. In addition, in accordance with SOPKQ0700010:
- Conduct initial document processing
to ensure the package is complete:
- Assign document tracking number (inventoried
and non-inventoried)
- Ensure all necessary forms are included in
packet and filled out (currently Approval Form, Disposition Form, Spec Release
Form, Item Master)
- Ensure all attachments are labeled as
required (Current Labeling, Proposed Labeling Revision, Supporting Documentation)
- Work with respective Admin staff to ensure
routing of Item Master (if applicable) , obtaining
vendor quotes, and purchase order information
- Send Spec Release Form to vendor for filling
out and returning
- Provide initial review on trademarks, logos,
grammar/typos, and maintain template consistency, working with Originator to
make any adjustments.
Maintenance
and Training on SOPKQ0700010 - Working with Originator of this specification,
periodically update as needed by rewriting and/or editing procedures and forms.
Includes working with Marketing Managers, Regulatory/Clinical Affairs, Document
Control, and other departments as necessary to ensure all required internal
processes are included and the revisions reflect the needs of everyone using
it.
Annual
Audits - Work with Quality Auditor on annual audit:
Education: Post Secondary Degree and MBA preferred
Experience: 5-10 years medical marketing experience
Territory : Canada
Travel : 40%
