Summary:           Represents Surgical Products to appropriate customer base within a designated geographical area, placing major emphasis on increasing sales. Assigned sales goals are achieved through creative, consultative selling and implementation of the  marketing plans.  The territory manager provides technical product knowledge and inservice support to ensure customer satisfaction.  Effectively utilizes all specialty sales ( Area Directors, Specialist, and Corporate Accounts) to enhance productivity and provide optimal customer satisfaction.  Works synergistically with all other sales personnel in co-selling efforts to strengthen customer value. Complies with required reports and requests, effectively manages field assets to include consigned products, surgical instruments, surgical equipment, sales force automation and ancillary items.

 

Education:           Post Secondary Degree and MBA preferred

 

Experience:          Minimum 3-5 years proven sales experience preferably in the surgical equipment or healthcare industry.

                            

Territory :           SK, AB and Northern AB

 

Travel :                30%

 

Location:             Saskatchewan
